"・朝食は2種類あり、同じものを２つ頼んでいたが、1種類ずつ来てしまった。間違いを指摘したがOKAYと返事があったのみで何時間待っても正しい朝食は運ばれて来なかった。 ・オーブンは使えないし、包丁やはさみ、皿やカトラリーなども備え付けのものはない ・備え付けの水は持ち運びできない大きな瓶タイプ ・大人二人、子供二人で宿泊したが、タオルやコップは二人分しか用意されない ・虫除けは到着した時点で既に消耗していた ・キャンプファイヤー周りの椅子はキャンプ椅子ではなく石であることに注意してください ・アクティビティチケットを購入後に、団体客がいるため1時間半後に来るように言われた。時間がなかったのでキャンセルするよう要求したが、結局返金されず、別のアクティビティに割り当てられた(受付スタッフは融通が効き交渉してくれたり希望を確認してくれるなど努力してくれたが、クライミングのアクティビティエリアのスタッフ3人は融通が効かず多くの時間をロスした)。"

"The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the location is great, with a wonderful view over the mountains. It is the perfect escape for this time of the year and it provides the perfect setting for breaking the routine and enjoying nature. The resort provides everything you need for having the perfect barbecue. You only have to bring the food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back another time."
"Not really something I didn't like, but a suggestion to make the stay even better: maybe have some bean bags or lounge chairs outside the caravans. There is seating available around the fire pit and there is a table and benches for outside dining, but bean bags or lounge chairs would make it possible to relax comfortably outside while reading a book and enjoying some coffee or tea or just to enjoy the view of the mountains."
