"Decent apartment, location very good, near to beaches and tennis courts, ideal for those with bikes like us especially. Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

For us the beds were a bit small, we are used to larger beds For a late check out they offer to stay in a common area and they charge 25 euro per person for this. I think this service should be offered complementary.

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

"旧市街の中心でとても立地が良く、ホテルというよりも民泊に近いです。Googleでの口コミがだいぶ酷かったので色々と覚悟しておりましたが、そんな心配もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。特に冷凍庫付きの２ドア冷蔵庫は重宝しました。ホテルが表通りから下った位置にあるので、ちょうどこの部屋だけ通りから丸見えでした。気になるならカーテンを下げれば良いだけで、私は通りを行き交う人々を楽しく眺めておりました。割り当てられる部屋によっては、もっと快適に過ごせたと思います。"

４泊でしたが清掃依頼の札が無いので依頼方法が分かりませんでした。扇風機があっただけでも助かりましたが、エアコンが完備されているともっと良かったです。Googleの口コミにもありましたが、シャワールーム側のロールカーテンが長さが足らずに窓全体を覆うことが出来ないので、シャワールームのドアの開閉には注意が必要です。それと下水の臭いが充満しているという口コミですが、センサー付きのアロマディフューザー（消臭機器？）が設置されていて人の行き交う昼間は問題ありませんでした（夜になるとセンサーが働かないので廊下は臭います）。

"*Edmar、Cora、Jona* 今回の滞在は彼らのおかげで、とても思い出深いものになりました。 7日間私はホテルに泊まっていると言うより､まるで自分の部屋にいるような感覚でリラックスし何の違和感も無く過ごせました。 必要なもの(冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器など)は全て揃っているしランドリーで洗濯もできるので着替えも最小限で良い。 3日目の夜中から明け方まで、非常識なカップルのせいで眠る事ができないトラブルに見舞われましたが、朝これを訴えたところ迅速に対応して頂き当該カップルは静かになり、再び熟睡できるようになりました。また彼らは早速耳栓も届けてくれました。常に『何か必要なことがありますか』と訊いて気にかけて下さり終始安心感の中で過ごすことができました。 立地がよく､マーライオン公園・ナショナルギャラリー・アジア文明博物館など全て歩いて行ける。クラークキー駅・ラッフルズプレイス駅両方使えて､リトルインディア・チャイナタウン・アラブストリート…どこに行くのも便利。 是非再び滞在したい良いホテルです。"

ボートキー川沿いの飲食店街にあり､店は午前3時まで営業。窓は二重窓になっているので店舗の喧騒は大して気にならないが､飲食店が終業して盛り上がったままホテルに帰って来る人のハイテンションな話し声は、壁が薄いのか聞こえてきます。

"Mamelloが毎朝、気を遣って来てくれ、毎晩食事を部屋で調理してくれた。18歳の可愛い女の子です。色々な話もできて大変楽しかった。2匹のわんちゃんも含めて温かいもてなしが嬉しかった。わんちゃん好きにはたまらない宿です。レソトの伝統的な家に泊まれるのも素晴らしい体験。本物の暖炉で暖を取るのも素晴らしい経験。空港から簡単にレンタカーで来ることができる。日本と同じ左側通行、右ハンドルなので運転も楽。マセル市内は渋滞もあり、運転に気を遣いますが、Casa Tumi方向へ来る道は車がほとんど走っていないので、レンタカーに不安な方も自分のペースで楽々と素晴らしい自然を眺めながら運転できます。乗馬もおすすめです。"

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.
