"Very nice and smiling owner. The whole building was sparkling clean. Nice view of the sea and the beach which is close by. Possibility to park conveniently."

"I know it's not a problem of accommodation, but there were dozens of sunbeds on the beach with no space between them. Having to pay for sunbeds and honestly the sea was very dirty (possibly related to a fire in the nearby mountains)."

"First of all, I would like to praise the hosts who were very kind and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. We had trouble finding the accommodation, and the gentleman came to pick us up. The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location, with a large parking area. It’s about 5–6 km from the center of Saranda and 8 km from Ksamil Beach, so the location is great—very quiet and suitable for families or couples. The value for money is excellent; we had everything we needed, and I would gladly return to this accommodation."

"The only small downside was that the local market nearby had a limited selection of items. While it’s convenient for basic needs, you’ll need a car to reach a larger store or supermarket if you’re planning to cook a proper meal or need more variety."

"The apartment was beautiful and very easy to access. The parking was excellent and the view of the sea was excellent. The apartment manager was extremely friendly and helpful. There were supermarkets and a lot of restaurants nearby (walking distance)."

"The property is very big. We rented 3 apartments for 12 people and there was more than enough space for all of us. The big apartment was great for all of us to eat together. There are olive, orange and other fruit trees in the garden, that look very beautiful. Also the balcony’s are perfect to enjoy the morning or night. It is also possible to get onto the roof and watch the stars at night. Next to the property is a small and cheap store that sells some groceries you need and everything else you can get in a big market at Sarande (walking 20min/driving 7min). There are a few beaches and a beautiful bay reachable in a short walk. If you need more information the owner of the villa will tell you everything you asked for. They are very kind and helpful for enjoying the holiday."

"The apartments are comfortable. There are cafes and restaurants near the sea. It is not the very center, but the embankment is being improved. We rented a car and it was not far for us to get to the central part of the city. The owner Albert was always in touch with us and we solved any problems. The apartment has everything you need. 7th floor with a balcony, view of the city. The elevator is not cleaned and there is an unpleasant smell. This does not apply to the apartment itself. The price was acceptable. I recommend it."
