"OK, my two most important factors were sea views and cost. In fact 80% of my score. This appartment hit the mark for me. Lots of pots, pans and utensils for my self contained lifestyle."

"The driveway is alarmingly steep. The air-conditioning never felt warm when the temperature dropped (no issue outside of winter of course) and the water was a bit temperamental at times."

"The view was perfect it was so cleaned they also rent cars i could go to the beach but the view was perfect."

"Little far away from the centrum if you dont have a car"

"Friendly staff Great location Great price"

"No blinds or curtain on window"

"It was very cheap and the stuff were super nice"

"It is about 25min uphill walk from the city, but for that price it is ok"

"Nice apartment for nice price. Great seaview from the balcony. Kitchen in the room, balcony, shower - everything is for you only. All this reviews about shared kitchen are a lie - I don’t know who is writing them"

"Hospitable, respectful staff. The hotel has a beautiful staircase, tiles on the floor. The room is cozy. I had a view from the balcony to the sea."

"The View was fantastic! The Hotell was new Whith the latest standard. The best was that it was complete kitchen!"

"The host is really kind and helpful, he was at our service any time we needed something. The other people staying there at the time were also really social, so The mood was really goo there. The room is quite big and the view is amazing. But keep in mind, rhe view comes with a little hike, which in the heat is quite hard but definitely worth it."

"The property is great value for money. When I initially saw the reviews I was concerned, but let’s be honest at this price point having an apartment newly built, with new AC, hot water, spacious and with a good size balcony is very rare. Very quiet all day and night, great for a good rest, free usage of the washing machine and there was raw space just behind the building to take my dog out which was a great help. Location is up the hill, but really close to supermarkets and good value restaurants and if you have a car it is very easy to go in and out and visit different sites in and around Saranda (I did not explore the bus option, but some other reviewers say there is even a bus so no problem) The owner is a very nice guy, very hard working and you can see he is trying hard to make you feel at home in his place and constantly trying to improve it"

"There are some finishes still missing as I think step by step the owner will continue improving the apartments, but everything is fully functional and it does not bother (example: there are some cables of course fully isolated coming out where it would be the spot for a range hood that has yet not been added)"
