"Lovely clean hotel. Polite & friendly staff. Rooms spacious but pillows hard. A pool here would be great."

"Our stay was for one night, and unfortunately, the experience was not the best. The check-in process was unclear—we had to ask for all the details, and despite having a reservation, we were initially shown the price list, which was confusing. No directions were given to find our room. The air conditioning did not work properly and made a lot of noise, disturbing our sleep. Breakfast was very basic, nothing special."

"The location was fine if you are looking for a good night sleep but it's a little bit far from the city center. The room was huge and really fancy. The sofa and table were very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a free covered private parking. The breakfast was nice."

"Very satisfied with the stay in this hotel. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, covered parking spaces, tasty breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in nice, quiet, uphill neighborhood, good if you have a car and want to visit places out of the center like Dajti Express or Bunkart2. Overall - great value for the money."
