"AYLIN WAS so nice and sweet, helpfull and very professional. A tip upgrade here for the reception she will do a great job 😊 The room was spacious and bathroom also, very clean. The location very good."

"Staff were very helpful, especially Anna, who tried everything to make the stay comfortable. The manager bought us a baby bed specially to make our stay comfortable."

"The breakfast needs more variety and more frequent refills. The toilet flush needs to be maintained in most of the rooms. The curtains should be exchanged by other ones that don’t let light in."

"Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, the rooms were always clean. The staff was always nice and considering, the receptionist Elti was very welcoming, and helped us throughout the visit with traveling ideas."

"We were welcomed warmly by the delightful Evi and assisted with parking. The small corner of the building flat was immaculate and very comfortable. A great spot for the buzz of down town and a quick walk to explore the Ottoman period architecture and the castle views. We learned lots about history and the present challenges.Great food and coffee everywhere. Evi and her Dad were lovely hosts. We highly recommend a few days in Gjirokaster at Jani apartments."
