"I grateful to the host for their warm and easygoing hospitality. 1) The apartment is conveniently located just 500 meters from the central Opera in Yerevan. 2) It is a very clean, modern, and stylish flat. 3) There are three air conditioners, allowing for customizable temperature settings throughout the apartment. 4) The welcoming touch of sweets and water in the flat was greatly appreciated."

"Я в восторге от квартиры, чистота и дизайн квартиры на высшем уровне, находится в пешей доступности до каскада 8 минут спокойным шагом, до консерватории 5 минут, площадь республики с поющими фантами 10 минут, рестораны, магазины всё рядом, хозяин очень приветливый и заботливый и всегда на связи, буду рекомендовать своим друзьям и рекомендую всем! "Great location — just 5–10 minutes’ walk from central monuments and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and nicely renovated, perfect for 2–3 people. The host was incredibly kind: we arrived at 5 a.m. after a long journey and were allowed early check-in without any extra charge. Big bonus points for hospitality!"
