"I grateful to the host for their warm and easygoing hospitality. 1) The apartment is conveniently located just 500 meters from the central Opera in Yerevan. 2) It is a very clean, modern, and stylish flat. 3) There are three air conditioners, allowing for customizable temperature settings throughout the apartment. 4) The welcoming touch of sweets and water in the flat was greatly appreciated."

"Я в восторге от квартиры, чистота и дизайн квартиры на высшем уровне, находится в пешей доступности до каскада 8 минут спокойным шагом, до консерватории 5 минут, площадь республики с поющими фантами 10 минут, рестораны, магазины всё рядом, хозяин очень приветливый и заботливый и всегда на связи, буду рекомендовать своим друзьям и рекомендую всем! Метро рядом с домом."

"Great location — just 5–10 minutes’ walk from central monuments and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and nicely renovated, perfect for 2–3 people. The host was incredibly kind: we arrived at 5 a.m. after a long journey and were allowed early check-in without any extra charge. Big bonus points for hospitality!"

"This property could be wonderful if it wasn't for two things. The room I had was large with dual aspect . It was well furnished with good seating , coffee table and bedside light ( unusual in Armenia ) . Bedding was pristinely clean . The bathroom was well appointed and hot water came out of the hot water tap (again unusual in Armenia ) . The towels were extremely clean and wonderful to use . Complimentary tea on arrival and a wholesome breakfast was served each day . Two problems . Water leaked onto the floor from the pedestal of the washbasins - a small thing but annoying . However the location of the property is appalling . It is situated about 4km. from the town centre up a very long , very steep and very uninspiring road . If you are thinking of booking this property bear that in mind ."

"この村の住居エリアは舗装されてないから雨降ったら大変。メインロードから近い所が良い。ここはメインロードから近いほう。ゲストハウスは新しめの建物でとても清潔。到着した時、コーヒーとお菓子を出してくれた。この村の某ゲストハウスで、夕食はいらないから台所使わせてくれないかと頼んだのに勝手に夕食が出された、と旅行ブログに書いてあった。ここはそういうことはない。ゲスト専用の共同台所がある。ただこの村には野菜や果物を売っている店はないのでベジタリアンの人は他の町から持参する必要がある。あとはたくさん生えてる野草を採取。トイレとシャワーもゲスト専用で別々。"
