"Really enjoyed my stay there, the room was big, comfortable and clean. The family was very welcoming, we had tea together when I arrived and shared some time together (they speak English!). The breakfast was amazing, totally recommended!"

"Beautiful place. It's a room in the house of the host, a very nice family. Everything is clean, specious and comfortable. I got amazing ideas for nearby sites to visit. Delicious and rich breakfast, full of products from their garden."

"It is said that not too many travelers stay overnight in Sisian. If they experienced the quiet, inobtrusive hospitality and kindness of the family running Baleni we are certain many more would decide to stay in this town. The room we stayed in was remarkably large as if we were staying in aristocratic salon. Of course it was impeccably clean and well furbished. And the traditional Armenian gata freshly out of the oven and delivered to our door upon our arrival in the evening simply melt our hearts away."

"Great place in all respects. Very large comfortable room with balcony, good (shared) bathroom, welcoming hosts who are happy to chat but not intrusive and they serve a fantastic breakfast."

"Nothing really, but note that without a car it is 15 minutes to walk to the centre of the town."

"This is a truly amazing lodge. Itself is a wonderful experience of my tour in Armenia. The host is super nice. His breakfast is abundant and tasty. He helped me with changes too. I highly recommend Baleni without any question! Oh... .what's more. he also prepared bowls of berries as reception."

"A very mice suprise we had at this guesthouse. The people there are just amazing. They offered us, just at our arrival, homemade kompot, which was amazing. There is a terrace where you can enjoy and admire the garden, everything was perfect. And the breakfast was so good and fulfilling! 💖"

"Everything! Luiza Guest House was a lovely stay in Areni. We arrived early for the festival and it was possible to do an early check-in. While our room was not ready, they offered us fruits and sweets. Their family is lovely, as others we met in Armenia."

"Hotel is located 15 mins from city center if you use taxi. There is a good supermarket (open nonstop) located 5 mins from hotel and a few pharmacies. So you can buy everything there. Very nice and helpfull owner. Small, clean room. Shared bathroom. We could use fridge. For the money, very good value."
