"Our favourite stay amongst all hotels during this trip. Lovely home in the woods, amongst nature, peaceful and serene. Very cosy and tasteful interior touches throughout. Breakfast was great, felt like we were guests at a friend's home. Entrance was a bit hard to find but once you figure it out it's fine. Also, since it's near the woods, expect some visits from nature (squirrels, bugs) but don't worry, nothing too disturbing. Overall, we loved our time here."

"Lovely renovated house with lots of eye for detail. A real calming place on walking distance from the city center. Highly recommended"

"I really enjoyed my initial chat with the owner about Armenia, its culture, the Armenian diaspora, and even Serj Tankian! The villa is beautifully renovated in a modern boutique style with stunning architecture, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s just a few hundred meters from restaurants and a shop, with easy parking. Breakfast on the veranda was excellent, and they even prepared a packed breakfast for our early departure. Having a small table inside for tea might be nice—the villa has one outside on a sheltered patio, but it was too chilly to use, and maybe I felt a little hesitant to bring it in myself. The glass front doors let in some morning light; turning off exterior lights helps, and perhaps a curtain could make it even cozier. Just tiny, friendly suggestions. And last but not least, I left my jacket in the closet, and they kindly sent it to my next hotel for free."
