I booked this hotel for my mom, and also ordered transfer (BTW, transfer from the hotel to airport is free of charge), and Erik stayed in touch all the time, updating me about the status of the flight, etc. We also had a small issue with the payment - I needed to pay with the card from EU and he agreed to wait several days for the bank transfer to be completed.

"Замечательная квартира. Абсолютно новая, чистая, всё продумано до мелочей. Отдыхали в новогодние праздники, в квартире был новогодний декор, что очень порадовадо. Хозяйка потрясающая, гостеприимная, всегда на связи. Месторасположение у квартиры очень удачное, рядом улица с множеством кафе и ресторанов, в самом доме также есть супермаркеты и рестораны. "quiet location, about 10 mins walk (downhill and uphill) from some restaurants.
we liked the game room, with beautiful views of mountains.
The staff were welcoming and friendly.
Room was nice but overlooking the neighbours and not much sunshine. Very comfortable bed. Rooms with a mountain view are better and get lots of sun."
