"The shower was clogged so water filled up to my ankles while taking a shower. I’m sure they will fix this but there is no window in the bathroom (which is located inside the dorm) so it got very damp"

"Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent location in the center, close to all shops and the lake. A very quiet street, a great place to relax. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, and efficient bathroom and shower. Well-equipped kitchen. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended."

"The owners (father and son?) were very helpful and kind. The lady who came in to clean did an excellent job. The older gentleman who also ran shop next door checked that everything was okay at least twice a day."

"There was an individual staying in the dormitory who did not follow general hostel etiquette This is in NO WAY the fault of the owners. This individual had no regard for the other people in the dorm. On the three nights I stayed there he came in and out of the dorm endlessly throughout the night until 3am. Banging the door open every time he came in, turning all the lights on, slamming the door into and out of the bathroom. Leaving the lights on when he went out again. (He could have used the bathroom in the common area where he was on his computer but he chose instead to come in and out of the dorm where everyone else was asleep). He made extremely loud phone calls after midnight outside of the hostel despite there being a sign which said NO NOISE AFTER 22.00. There was a family living in a private residence above the hostel but obviously he did not care about them or their young children either. He did not wash his own dishes despite a sign saying to do so. He took a shower every night between 2 and 3 am spending around one hour in the bathroom making a lot of noise. He spread his personal belongings on two chairs and by day 3 had started hanging his shirts and jackets off the end of beds that did not belong to him. He permanently left his electric shaver on the kitchen table and chose to shave himself in the common area rather than either of the two bathrooms. (As he was in the bathroom for at least an hour he could have shaved in there). He used the toilet and pushed the button down so hard that the toilet ran endlessly (wasting water and making a loud noise) until I went in and released the button. AGAIN THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE OWNERS. Maybe a few more signs indicating acceptable behaviour in a hostel. If this person is still at the hostel I would suggest management have a talk to him. He is in the lower bunk next to the bathroom."

"Hostel was very nice, dorm was comfortable, bathroom cleaned. Lovely area to sit outside of the hostel. Plenty od bikes to rent. Owner speaks english a little bit but its was enough to communicate. He was helpful and kind. He also have small shop where you can buy some snacks."
