"市内中心部にあり、24時間営業のスーパーや飲食店も徒歩圏内です。私が泊まった部屋はエアコンが無く扇風機だけでしたが普通に眠れました。ベランダに出て涼むこともできました。"

"Very nice, cheap and functional place to stay in Yerevan. The receptionist (an interesting canadian/lebanese armeninan) was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large. And the common spaces (the kitchen in particular) are functional. Can't say anything negative."

"Our room was clean and very spacious. The shower was good with hot water and good pressure. There isn't a separate shower pan, but the shower is well sloped so the water doesn't cover the entire bathroom floor. We had the room that is in a separate building and it was very quiet at night. It also comes with a fan which was very good for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hosts speaks English which is very helpful."

"Great accommodation with very nice owners of the property. The gentleman offered us homemade cognac and vodka and told us a lot of interesting things about Armenia. The lady of the house prepared us a delicious breakfast. Probably the best accommodation I have ever experienced."
