"Very reliable - we arrived around 3 am and we were met promptly. Make sure you have access to WA for communication. Clean room. Perfect for a couple (then you would have a nice seating area to use) but worked well for family of thee as well. Good location. Try SET for breakfast."

"Proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici, posizione centralissima e molto comoda vicino al parco centrale di Tbilisi. Stanza grande e pulita, letto comodo. E' stato un buon soggiorno."

"Dotazioni abbastanza spartane: mancava caffè, acqua, abbiamo dovuto chiedere dove prenderci la carta igienica... niente di "obbligatorio" ma è gradito, soprattutto se ci sono bollitore e tazze. La finestra non chiudeva bene e c'era molto vento freddo che entrava nella stanza, ed essendo riscaldata con un condizionatore non era sufficiente. Quest'ultima cosa vale solo per noi comunque, era un periodo particolarmente freddo a yerevan (-17!) e la finestra confido sarà riparata. Alla fine, a parte queste due cose, ci tornerei."

"Немножко с заездом пришлось понервничать, я писала во сколько прилетаю хозяину, но когда приехала, сперва не сразу нашла нужный дом, спасибо мужчинам, которые в соседних домах работают, помогли найти нужный, и тот, который работает в доме с квартирой, нашел хозяина по телефону. Но название "отеля" ему ничего не говорила. На самом деле это не отель, а типа апартаментов. Но когда связалиь с хозяином, встретила хозяйка, Гоар, очень милая, радушная и приветливая, и сгладила впечатление. Еще я очень надеялась на ванну - которая сама по себе прекрасная в квартире, но вода там из водонагревателя, и его объема хватает чтобы заполнить лишь сантиметров десять ото дна. Вот так вот, на ванну надеяться не стоит."

"Великолепное расположение. Вокруг отеля много кафе, ресторанов , банков и магазинов. Чисто и комфортно, начиная с подъезда дома- все идеально! Хозяева всегда доброжелательны и готовы помочь с любыми вопросами! Будем здесь останавливаться!"
