"I like everything about the place."

It’s a good place to be.

"木製の家具や、部屋の間取りも含めて、室内のデザインセンスが本当に素晴らしく、最高の時間を過ごせました。特に、石材を多用したバスルームの内装が本当に素晴らしく、感動しました。ウォシュレットやドライヤーがパナソニック製で使いやすいのも、嬉しいです。フロントで日本語が通じたのは、助かりました。地下のラウンジに本格的なコーヒーマシンがあるのも、いいですね。ホテルの向かいのファミリーマートで買った一皿料理（500円前後で、台湾料理・中華料理に加えてカレーやカツ丼といった日本食もある）を電子レンジで温め、お部屋で食べると、信じられないくらい美味しかったです。"

完璧なバスルームですが、シンクのタオルハンガーがすこし歪んでいたのが、残念でした。また、電子レンジやクッキングヒーターが欧州ブランドのもので、日本の家電と設計思想かなり異なり、使い方を理解するのに30分くらいかかりました。洗濯機のように、日本語で書かれた簡単な説明シートがあれば、もっとストレスがないと思います。

"駅からもトラムの停留所からも港からも歩ける場所で便利でした。 お部屋も広く室温も快適で、スタッフのかたも親切でした。 洗濯機と乾燥機はお部屋にはありませんでしたが、別のフロアにあって使えました。（洗剤はなかったです）"

ツインベッドのお部屋を予約したのですがマットレスかベッドパッドがつながっており、同行者はソファーで寝ることを選びました。ソファーは大きくて寝るのにまったく問題なかったのですが、別々のベッドがあったらさらによかったです。

"昨年初夏以来、2回目の宿泊。前回同様に素晴らしい滞在でした。 ・ブレッド湖/ボート乗り場/レストラン/クリスマスマーケットまで、5分程度の徒歩圏内と好立地 ・ホテルに隣接した専用の無料駐車場で非常に便利 ・周囲の観光/レストランの情報を、親切丁寧に教えてくれるレセプションの方 　⇒2回目の宿泊でしたが、新しい情報も得られました。 ・時間指定で部屋まで運んでくれる朝食 ・清潔感のある部屋/寝具/設備"

The faffy way to get to the pool

"なんといってもスタッフがとても明るく親切です。彼らのホスピタリティは最高です。言葉も国も違うのに、最終日にはもうひとつの家族みたいに感じました。「アレ？どうしよう？」と不安な時、問題発生した時、とにかく親身になって動いていただきました。 お部屋も清潔で、とても快適でした。建物の名称にある大きな貝を利用した洗面台が素敵でした。 シャワーの水圧や湯温も問題ありません。キッチンも広々として、調理体験もできました。 敷地内にたっぷりと飾られている貝(シャコガイ)は圧巻です！"

凄く立派で大きな薄型テレビがあるんですが、中国語対応のみでした。せめて英語のニュース見られたらなぁと思いました。

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

we were missing the towels and the room was facing a very noisy Main Street. I would recommend double glass windows to avoid the street noise.

"Best accommodation we have stayed in for all South America and central America. It has everything and is convenient for everywhere. Including beach."

"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Zind Naaba ! Le cadre est magnifique, l’accueil chaleureux et le service impeccable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit . La prochaine fois je n'hériterai pas à essayer le spa."

A couple of details... No shelf in the shower to put your soap and shampoo. On the floor or balancing on the shower handle.

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.
