"昨年初夏以来、2回目の宿泊。前回同様に素晴らしい滞在でした。 ・ブレッド湖/ボート乗り場/レストラン/クリスマスマーケットまで、5分程度の徒歩圏内と好立地 ・ホテルに隣接した専用の無料駐車場で非常に便利 ・周囲の観光/レストランの情報を、親切丁寧に教えてくれるレセプションの方 　⇒2回目の宿泊でしたが、新しい情報も得られました。 ・時間指定で部屋まで運んでくれる朝食 ・清潔感のある部屋/寝具/設備"

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"Very quiet and amazing location on the riverbank, despite the proximity of the center of Saigon so noisy and polluted. Nice building with spectacular views and lovely decoration. My appartment was spacious and very pleasant to live in."

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"木製の家具や、部屋の間取りも含めて、室内のデザインセンスが本当に素晴らしく、最高の時間を過ごせました。特に、石材を多用したバスルームの内装が本当に素晴らしく、感動しました。ウォシュレットやドライヤーがパナソニック製で使いやすいのも、嬉しいです。フロントで日本語が通じたのは、助かりました。地下のラウンジに本格的なコーヒーマシンがあるのも、いいですね。ホテルの向かいのファミリーマートで買った一皿料理（500円前後で、台湾料理・中華料理に加えてカレーやカツ丼といった日本食もある）を電子レンジで温め、お部屋で食べると、信じられないくらい美味しかったです。"

完璧なバスルームですが、シンクのタオルハンガーがすこし歪んでいたのが、残念でした。また、電子レンジやクッキングヒーターが欧州ブランドのもので、日本の家電と設計思想かなり異なり、使い方を理解するのに30分くらいかかりました。洗濯機のように、日本語で書かれた簡単な説明シートがあれば、もっとストレスがないと思います。

"今回のグアム旅行で３か所のホテルに泊まりましたが、一番印象的で次も泊まりたいホテルでした。 ・中庭のプールを囲んでこじんまりした綺麗な集合住宅のようです。プールですぐ遊べるので、小さいお子さん連れにもお勧めです （プールは朝7時～夜8時までオープン） ・お値段の割に部屋が広い（ベッド 4つ） ・シャワー&トイレが一部屋に２つあるので、プールや海で遊んだ後に家族がどんどん洗えて助かる ・海から近い 　ホテル前の横断歩道を渡ったら、目の前のホテルの裏が海です。歩いて5分です。 ・スタッフさんがフレンドリー 　ここのホテルが一番グアムらしさを感じました。朝１０時を過ぎてルームクリーニングが始まると、楽しそうに世間話？をしながら仕事をするスタッフさんの明るい声が廊下から聞こえます。 なんだかグアムらしくていいなぁと思いました。 なお、スーペリアスタジオとスタジオプールビューに泊まりましたが、部屋の形や構造は同じで、中庭にあるプール沿いか、そうではないかだけの違いでした。 プールが見えると「今は人がいないからプール使おう」とか判断できますが、プールが見えなくても全く問題ないです。 またKマートやメスクラドスまでは徒歩１０分くらいなので、買いたいものもすぐ調達できます。 （空のスーツケースを持っていて、水24本を調達しました）"

そんなに気にならなかったですがあえて言えば… ・廊下の声は結構聞こえます。 ・備え付けのシャンプー・リンス・ボディソープが出にくいことがあります（浴室が2つあったので、よく出る方を使えば問題なし） ・洗面所のコンセントが使えないことがあります（これも洗面所は２か所あるので困らなかったで）

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.
