"Large and clean rooms. Bathroom had 2 wash basins and nice products. Great location in the Port area and very close to IglooFest venue"

"木製の家具や、部屋の間取りも含めて、室内のデザインセンスが本当に素晴らしく、最高の時間を過ごせました。特に、石材を多用したバスルームの内装が本当に素晴らしく、感動しました。ウォシュレットやドライヤーがパナソニック製で使いやすいのも、嬉しいです。フロントで日本語が通じたのは、助かりました。地下のラウンジに本格的なコーヒーマシンがあるのも、いいですね。ホテルの向かいのファミリーマートで買った一皿料理（500円前後で、台湾料理・中華料理に加えてカレーやカツ丼といった日本食もある）を電子レンジで温め、お部屋で食べると、信じられないくらい美味しかったです。"

完璧なバスルームですが、シンクのタオルハンガーがすこし歪んでいたのが、残念でした。また、電子レンジやクッキングヒーターが欧州ブランドのもので、日本の家電と設計思想かなり異なり、使い方を理解するのに30分くらいかかりました。洗濯機のように、日本語で書かれた簡単な説明シートがあれば、もっとストレスがないと思います。

"What a wonderful location for a ladies 50th birthday trip. The room was perfect for 3 or even 4 (sharing beds). The balcony overlooked a beautiful bay and we got to wave to the boats going by. The pool was perfect to dip in after a day at the beach. The walk to town was easy and if you take a ride back in the evening just be sure to ask how much before jumping in :-) When I return to St John. I'll be returning here."

The place was off the beaten path - which is what I loved about it!

Pool needs to be renovated, tiles were missing. Also walls in wellness could be painted.

"今回のグアム旅行で３か所のホテルに泊まりましたが、一番印象的で次も泊まりたいホテルでした。 ・中庭のプールを囲んでこじんまりした綺麗な集合住宅のようです。プールですぐ遊べるので、小さいお子さん連れにもお勧めです （プールは朝7時～夜8時までオープン） ・お値段の割に部屋が広い（ベッド 4つ） ・シャワー&トイレが一部屋に２つあるので、プールや海で遊んだ後に家族がどんどん洗えて助かる ・海から近い 　ホテル前の横断歩道を渡ったら、目の前のホテルの裏が海です。歩いて5分です。 ・スタッフさんがフレンドリー 　ここのホテルが一番グアムらしさを感じました。朝１０時を過ぎてルームクリーニングが始まると、楽しそうに世間話？をしながら仕事をするスタッフさんの明るい声が廊下から聞こえます。 なんだかグアムらしくていいなぁと思いました。 なお、スーペリアスタジオとスタジオプールビューに泊まりましたが、部屋の形や構造は同じで、中庭にあるプール沿いか、そうではないかだけの違いでした。 プールが見えると「今は人がいないからプール使おう」とか判断できますが、プールが見えなくても全く問題ないです。 またKマートやメスクラドスまでは徒歩１０分くらいなので、買いたいものもすぐ調達できます。 （空のスーツケースを持っていて、水24本を調達しました）"

そんなに気にならなかったですがあえて言えば… ・廊下の声は結構聞こえます。 ・備え付けのシャンプー・リンス・ボディソープが出にくいことがあります（浴室が2つあったので、よく出る方を使えば問題なし） ・洗面所のコンセントが使えないことがあります（これも洗面所は２か所あるので困らなかったで）

"Great location at the side of the runway. A short walk from Maho Beach and D’s bar which has an amazing viewing platform for the planes. Eric the accommodation manager was great and went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

突然WiFiが調子悪くなり、繋がらなくなることがあった。

"ロケーションが良かった。観光地へも徒歩で行ける場所にあり、スーパーや飲食店へもアクセスしやすい。また、部屋の天井が高く、広々とくつろげたのが良いポイント。"

シャワーとトイレとの仕切りがほとんどなく、シャワーの水が飛び散ったしまうこと。床を拭けばいいので問題ない。

ツインベッドのお部屋を予約したのですがマットレスかベッドパッドがつながっており、同行者はソファーで寝ることを選びました。ソファーは大きくて寝るのにまったく問題なかったのですが、別々のベッドがあったらさらによかったです。

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

Bathroom extractor fan not working properly leaving damp/mould spots on ceiling. Shame as the bathroom spoilt the otherwise very nice Condo Rear “sitting area” had a roof with nails showing through!!! 2” nails through a 1” plywood!! Area looked untidy and next to 5 bins!
