"オーナーのジェニーがとても親切、色々アクティビティを組んでくれた。 歩いて10分のところに大きめのスーパーもあり、ビーチの方にもいきやすい。"

突然WiFiが調子悪くなり、繋がらなくなることがあった。

"Location was perfect, good access to Shinjuku station and plenty of shopping centres around. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quick response from the owner on all messages."

Pool needs to be renovated, tiles were missing. Also walls in wellness could be painted.

we were missing the towels and the room was facing a very noisy Main Street. I would recommend double glass windows to avoid the street noise.

Bathroom extractor fan not working properly leaving damp/mould spots on ceiling. Shame as the bathroom spoilt the otherwise very nice Condo Rear “sitting area” had a roof with nails showing through!!! 2” nails through a 1” plywood!! Area looked untidy and next to 5 bins!

"今回のグアム旅行で３か所のホテルに泊まりましたが、一番印象的で次も泊まりたいホテルでした。 ・中庭のプールを囲んでこじんまりした綺麗な集合住宅のようです。プールですぐ遊べるので、小さいお子さん連れにもお勧めです （プールは朝7時～夜8時までオープン） ・お値段の割に部屋が広い（ベッド 4つ） ・シャワー&トイレが一部屋に２つあるので、プールや海で遊んだ後に家族がどんどん洗えて助かる ・海から近い 　ホテル前の横断歩道を渡ったら、目の前のホテルの裏が海です。歩いて5分です。 ・スタッフさんがフレンドリー 　ここのホテルが一番グアムらしさを感じました。朝１０時を過ぎてルームクリーニングが始まると、楽しそうに世間話？をしながら仕事をするスタッフさんの明るい声が廊下から聞こえます。 なんだかグアムらしくていいなぁと思いました。 なお、スーペリアスタジオとスタジオプールビューに泊まりましたが、部屋の形や構造は同じで、中庭にあるプール沿いか、そうではないかだけの違いでした。 プールが見えると「今は人がいないからプール使おう」とか判断できますが、プールが見えなくても全く問題ないです。 またKマートやメスクラドスまでは徒歩１０分くらいなので、買いたいものもすぐ調達できます。 （空のスーツケースを持っていて、水24本を調達しました）"

そんなに気にならなかったですがあえて言えば… ・廊下の声は結構聞こえます。 ・備え付けのシャンプー・リンス・ボディソープが出にくいことがあります（浴室が2つあったので、よく出る方を使えば問題なし） ・洗面所のコンセントが使えないことがあります（これも洗面所は２か所あるので困らなかったで）

"Location. Next to lake. You can see lake sunrise and sunset. Food is good."

Sound proof should be better. Everyone will wake up if somebody using the toilet. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.

"空港リムジンバスの停車場が目の前で便利だった。 周辺には両替所、マクドナルドやスタバ、コンビニもあり何かと便利。 東大門にも歩いていける距離、バスを使えば広蔵市場にもすぐ行けて便利だった。 オンドル部屋だったので、暖かくて良かった。 靴を脱いで過ごす感じだったので、日本人にとっては過ごしやすいと思う。 短期でも長期滞在でもしやすいと思う。"

韓国あるあるだが、トイレとシャワーの距離が近すぎた。シャワーカーテンも無いので、シャワーを浴びるとびしょびしょになる。 少しので、大きいスーツケースだと場所をとる。

"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.
