The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

The beds were comfortable however quite low and, as an oldie, not the easiest to get out of.

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"The appartement was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and what can I say about the view!!! Exceptional, extraordinary, incredible!!! The bed was soooo comfortable it was a joy to snuggle it at night. Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

the shower was a little small for my husband that is a big man, and the water spill out of the shower but I was fine

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"Decent apartment, location very good, near to beaches and tennis courts, ideal for those with bikes like us especially. Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

"They gave us everything we asked for. We needed a small workspace which they didn't have and they provided one in no time."

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"旧市街の中心でとても立地が良く、ホテルというよりも民泊に近いです。Googleでの口コミがだいぶ酷かったので色々と覚悟しておりましたが、そんな心配もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。特に冷凍庫付きの２ドア冷蔵庫は重宝しました。ホテルが表通りから下った位置にあるので、ちょうどこの部屋だけ通りから丸見えでした。気になるならカーテンを下げれば良いだけで、私は通りを行き交う人々を楽しく眺めておりました。割り当てられる部屋によっては、もっと快適に過ごせたと思います。"

４泊でしたが清掃依頼の札が無いので依頼方法が分かりませんでした。扇風機があっただけでも助かりましたが、エアコンが完備されているともっと良かったです。Googleの口コミにもありましたが、シャワールーム側のロールカーテンが長さが足らずに窓全体を覆うことが出来ないので、シャワールームのドアの開閉には注意が必要です。それと下水の臭いが充満しているという口コミですが、センサー付きのアロマディフューザー（消臭機器？）が設置されていて人の行き交う昼間は問題ありませんでした（夜になるとセンサーが働かないので廊下は臭います）。

"*Edmar、Cora、Jona* 今回の滞在は彼らのおかげで、とても思い出深いものになりました。 7日間私はホテルに泊まっていると言うより､まるで自分の部屋にいるような感覚でリラックスし何の違和感も無く過ごせました。 必要なもの(冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器など)は全て揃っているしランドリーで洗濯もできるので着替えも最小限で良い。 3日目の夜中から明け方まで、非常識なカップルのせいで眠る事ができないトラブルに見舞われましたが、朝これを訴えたところ迅速に対応して頂き当該カップルは静かになり、再び熟睡できるようになりました。また彼らは早速耳栓も届けてくれました。常に『何か必要なことがありますか』と訊いて気にかけて下さり終始安心感の中で過ごすことができました。 立地がよく､マーライオン公園・ナショナルギャラリー・アジア文明博物館など全て歩いて行ける。クラークキー駅・ラッフルズプレイス駅両方使えて､リトルインディア・チャイナタウン・アラブストリート…どこに行くのも便利。 是非再び滞在したい良いホテルです。"

ボートキー川沿いの飲食店街にあり､店は午前3時まで営業。窓は二重窓になっているので店舗の喧騒は大して気にならないが､飲食店が終業して盛り上がったままホテルに帰って来る人のハイテンションな話し声は、壁が薄いのか聞こえてきます。

バス停がすぐ近くだし、電車の駅も徒歩圏内だが、お世辞にもきれいな街とは言えない場所にある。路地にはゴミが堆積していて、工事の関係でとても埃っぽかった。
