Everything thing is good nothing to say

"The amenities worked great .... water, light, shower, microwave etc. , compared to some other hotels in Freetown"

The room was a little small with not enough room to move around --

"Loved the location and staff was so kind and welcoming.. The location is exceptional.. This place took my trip experience at Saint maarten to the next level. Highly recommended."

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

"Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très gentils et la communication avec Mme Gisela était excellente. L'appartement était très joli, tout propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé."

"オーナーさんはこまめに連絡や気遣いをしてくれたので安心できた。ロケーションは近くにモールやバスターミナルがあり、食事、郊外・旧市街・長距離移動に便利で、コンドミニアムの入口にも警備員さんがいるのでセキュリティもちゃんとしている。ご家族と一緒の入口となるが、バス・トイレと部屋はほぼ専用で使える。エルサルバドルの住宅環境を知れるのも良い経験かも。"

コンドミニアムに入るゲートの警備員さんはスペイン語しか話せない。しかしオーナーさんがスペイン語のメッセージを事前に送ってくれたので問題なく入ることができた。

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"空港から少し歩いた所からミクロレット10番で辿り着けます。料金もディリでは良心的で、メインストリートから離れているので静かに過ごしたい方にはおすすめです。部屋には簡易キッチンがあり、エアコン、冷蔵庫も問題無く使えました。オーナーのNitoも親切で安心して滞在することが出来ました。"

"Clean and staff were very friendly. Large room and large bathroom. Enough space to store the clothes."

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"The cottage was exactly what we needed. Quaint & Cozy. Mornings on the porch were my favorite."

The location & simplicity for what my sister & I needed. Maggie was so wonderful to work with.

"地下鉄駅天后から5分ちょい、トラムやバス停にも至近のアクセスの良さ。 周囲にコンビニや飲食店も複数あり、歩きやすい。 以前上環にあった源記甜品がホテル近くに移転してて嬉しかった！ 部屋はシャワーのみ、コンパクトながら、荷物を置きやすい広い台や電子レンジがあり、コンセントも多くて使いやすい。"

入室当初、少しだけ水回りの匂いがした事 フロントスタッフが口コミに書かれていたほど親切でも笑顔でもなく挨拶もなかった事 特に不快な点はないが淡々とした印象、口コミが良すぎて余計に感じたのかもですが笑

"The host is warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. We encountered issues during the time travelling, and the host came right away to sort everything out perfectly. Super helpful. The room is perfect for friends to relax and unwind after days of intense underwater activities. They offer car rental, which is a better offer than other companies. We had a wonderful stay here and will choose here again in the future."

"旧市街の中心でとても立地が良く、ホテルというよりも民泊に近いです。Googleでの口コミがだいぶ酷かったので色々と覚悟しておりましたが、そんな心配もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。特に冷凍庫付きの２ドア冷蔵庫は重宝しました。ホテルが表通りから下った位置にあるので、ちょうどこの部屋だけ通りから丸見えでした。気になるならカーテンを下げれば良いだけで、私は通りを行き交う人々を楽しく眺めておりました。割り当てられる部屋によっては、もっと快適に過ごせたと思います。"

４泊でしたが清掃依頼の札が無いので依頼方法が分かりませんでした。扇風機があっただけでも助かりましたが、エアコンが完備されているともっと良かったです。Googleの口コミにもありましたが、シャワールーム側のロールカーテンが長さが足らずに窓全体を覆うことが出来ないので、シャワールームのドアの開閉には注意が必要です。それと下水の臭いが充満しているという口コミですが、センサー付きのアロマディフューザー（消臭機器？）が設置されていて人の行き交う昼間は問題ありませんでした（夜になるとセンサーが働かないので廊下は臭います）。

"My stay was great. We got lost due to not having data connectivity in Malawi. Mercy went out of her way after I called her to meet us and pick us up and guide us to the location."

Hard to fault.

The fact that I had to spend only one day there😀. The appartment was already booked for the next day so I could not extend my stay.

The apartment was very well equipped but really quite small for 4 people

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

たまたまですが、洗濯機の乾燥機能が故障していたようです。 受付に言ったところ、機械ごと交換されたそうですが。
