I liked everything about the accommodation and hospitality of the host.

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"地下鉄駅天后から5分ちょい、トラムやバス停にも至近のアクセスの良さ。 周囲にコンビニや飲食店も複数あり、歩きやすい。 以前上環にあった源記甜品がホテル近くに移転してて嬉しかった！ 部屋はシャワーのみ、コンパクトながら、荷物を置きやすい広い台や電子レンジがあり、コンセントも多くて使いやすい。"

入室当初、少しだけ水回りの匂いがした事 フロントスタッフが口コミに書かれていたほど親切でも笑顔でもなく挨拶もなかった事 特に不快な点はないが淡々とした印象、口コミが良すぎて余計に感じたのかもですが笑

Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

The hot water supply took a while to get used to but no issues thereafter.

"The hosts met us upon arrival and explained the house to us. They were very friendly and couldn't have been more accommodating, going that extra mile to make what was an already fabulous trip even more memorable. Having a private garden added to the experience. We really enjoyed our stay here."

There wasn't any aspect we could criticise.

"Excellent location right on the beach. Lovely modern apartment with everything we needed. Hotel cafe/restaurant right next door for morning coffees and light meals if needed. A lovely 15-20 minute stroll along the coast and through the streets into the centre of town."

We liked it all. Nothing negative. Just note that if you’re bringing a car, there is on-street parking in the surrounding streets but it can be hard to find a space as it’s always busy. You can use the apartment’s private parking for €15 per night but we didn’t need to.

"Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool. Hotel is set back from the road, so nice And quite. good secure parking. Two great beaches nearby. Next door to a good supermarket. Freddie and staff very helpful"

Hard to fault.

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

コンドミニアムに入るゲートの警備員さんはスペイン語しか話せない。しかしオーナーさんがスペイン語のメッセージを事前に送ってくれたので問題なく入ることができた。

"The room was spacious. Since i was there for 10 nights, the availability of free laundry was super practical. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel had the nicest fish and chips."

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

"*Edmar、Cora、Jona* 今回の滞在は彼らのおかげで、とても思い出深いものになりました。 7日間私はホテルに泊まっていると言うより､まるで自分の部屋にいるような感覚でリラックスし何の違和感も無く過ごせました。 必要なもの(冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器など)は全て揃っているしランドリーで洗濯もできるので着替えも最小限で良い。 3日目の夜中から明け方まで、非常識なカップルのせいで眠る事ができないトラブルに見舞われましたが、朝これを訴えたところ迅速に対応して頂き当該カップルは静かになり、再び熟睡できるようになりました。また彼らは早速耳栓も届けてくれました。常に『何か必要なことがありますか』と訊いて気にかけて下さり終始安心感の中で過ごすことができました。 立地がよく､マーライオン公園・ナショナルギャラリー・アジア文明博物館など全て歩いて行ける。クラークキー駅・ラッフルズプレイス駅両方使えて､リトルインディア・チャイナタウン・アラブストリート…どこに行くのも便利。 是非再び滞在したい良いホテルです。"

ボートキー川沿いの飲食店街にあり､店は午前3時まで営業。窓は二重窓になっているので店舗の喧騒は大して気にならないが､飲食店が終業して盛り上がったままホテルに帰って来る人のハイテンションな話し声は、壁が薄いのか聞こえてきます。

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"As I said before, great location near Gulshan 1 circle, big self-contained apartments and breakfast buffet"

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

もっとスタッフの待遇を上げた方が良いですね。

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.
