"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

the shower was a little small for my husband that is a big man, and the water spill out of the shower but I was fine

"*Edmar、Cora、Jona* 今回の滞在は彼らのおかげで、とても思い出深いものになりました。 7日間私はホテルに泊まっていると言うより､まるで自分の部屋にいるような感覚でリラックスし何の違和感も無く過ごせました。 必要なもの(冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器など)は全て揃っているしランドリーで洗濯もできるので着替えも最小限で良い。 3日目の夜中から明け方まで、非常識なカップルのせいで眠る事ができないトラブルに見舞われましたが、朝これを訴えたところ迅速に対応して頂き当該カップルは静かになり、再び熟睡できるようになりました。また彼らは早速耳栓も届けてくれました。常に『何か必要なことがありますか』と訊いて気にかけて下さり終始安心感の中で過ごすことができました。 立地がよく､マーライオン公園・ナショナルギャラリー・アジア文明博物館など全て歩いて行ける。クラークキー駅・ラッフルズプレイス駅両方使えて､リトルインディア・チャイナタウン・アラブストリート…どこに行くのも便利。 是非再び滞在したい良いホテルです。"

ボートキー川沿いの飲食店街にあり､店は午前3時まで営業。窓は二重窓になっているので店舗の喧騒は大して気にならないが､飲食店が終業して盛り上がったままホテルに帰って来る人のハイテンションな話し声は、壁が薄いのか聞こえてきます。

"セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心感がありました。ポーターさんもいて、客室までスーツケースを運んでくださいました。エレベータも完備されています。客室はかなり広く、2人では十分過ぎるくらいでした。調理器具を始めとして必要なアメニティなどは揃っていますので、長期滞在される方にもオススメです。清潔感があり、かなり快適な滞在となりました。また、スタッフの方は英語が通じますので、コミュニケーションには困りませんでした。翌朝のタクシーの手配なども、快く手伝ってくれました。"

事前に「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストが出来ました。そのため、てっきり両方の部屋タイプがあるのかと思っていました。宿泊日の数日前にも、上記のリクエストを問うメールがありました。私は「喫煙ルーム」を希望しましたが、現地に行ってみたところ、全室禁煙とのこと。喫煙のために、わざわざ1階に下りて、屋外の喫煙スペースに行く必要があったのはかなり不便でした。全室禁煙ならば、「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストを問い、ゲストに期待させるのはナンセンスだと思いました。なお、客室の外は吹き抜けとなっており、外と繋がっています。そのため、蚊が多い印象がありました。蚊対策のグッズは用意しておいた方が良いでしょう。

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"地下鉄駅天后から5分ちょい、トラムやバス停にも至近のアクセスの良さ。 周囲にコンビニや飲食店も複数あり、歩きやすい。 以前上環にあった源記甜品がホテル近くに移転してて嬉しかった！ 部屋はシャワーのみ、コンパクトながら、荷物を置きやすい広い台や電子レンジがあり、コンセントも多くて使いやすい。"

入室当初、少しだけ水回りの匂いがした事 フロントスタッフが口コミに書かれていたほど親切でも笑顔でもなく挨拶もなかった事 特に不快な点はないが淡々とした印象、口コミが良すぎて余計に感じたのかもですが笑

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.
