"Our flight was very delayed and the hosts helped us arrange a transportation with a car that could fit all 5 of us. The apartment has three separate bedrooms plus a kitchen/living room area and a terrace to sit on."

"The apartment itself was spacious, two bedrooms and a kitchen / living room with flat screen TV. TV was hard to tune in but, to be honest, we almost never used it given the fact we all use our phones to watch content and stay for shortly periods of time inside the apartment. WiFi was not functional on arrival (all three cellphones could connect to it, but doesn't navigate on the internet) but shortly after we warned the owner, he reset the connection and then worked fine. Air conditioning was working extremely well, the house was quite hot but a few minutes running the AC unit was sufficient to get comfortable in there (although the kitchen was always really, really hot and had only a fan). The property is not center-located but, to be fair, a 10-15 minutes walk (calmly) and you get to the main street, it's not bad - and considering the price tag, I think this is a good exchange. There are many friendly cats in the common area, every night a different one pays us a visit..."

"Communication with property owner was a bit cumbersome, nothing extremely bad but sometimes confusing. Not a property's fault, but on the second day we had too many power outages, kind of annoying since the shower is electric. One of the bed was a broken leg, to be repaired only when we departed (usable, anyway). In general, stay was great."

"Our host was very nice. The apartman was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked our terrace overlooking to a park. There is a kiosco just next door which is open until 10 pm. The high street with small food stalls and street food places is 5. min. walk. But the center ( bus terminal) is 1.6 km, so 20-30 min walk."

"Check in was fairly wobbly as the day of the reservation, I hadn't received any response to a query I'd made regarding arrival time. I had to call and even when I called i got the feeling that Nicolas wasn't aware of the reservation. He had to coordinate with his father and after that everything was smooth but i had to chase the check in for it to happen which doesn't leave a good impression The other part has to do with the exchange rate as on booking prices appear on Us dollars.nAs explained to Nicolas using the bank exchange rates instead of the base exchange rates is not fair as bank exchange rate logically is more expensive to cover costs and service of exchange. On the other hand, an apartment service doesn't offer any of the above and should use a base exchange rate as they're getting paid on local currency and quite often without a receipt. Its a common misconception across that part of Argentina adding also the element of the devaluation and "come on 1-2 dollars what difference are going to make" I have to mention that Nicolas offered me to pay the exchange rate I suggested after a long discussion via messages , however, I paid in the Bank of Argentina exchange rate and had an interesting discussion which I hope was fruitful. Overall, I think I would go back however in terms of organisation and professionalism there is some space for improvement as the sector of tourism and hospitality is much more that having a room, cleaning it and renting it to be done on high standards. But there is potential. Best of luck :)"
