"Lohmann is a great location and hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We stayed in the connected building two bedroom apartment which was huge and very well stocked for a family of four. Made the stay much more enjoyable. The restaurant is a buffet breakfasts and dinner - which is not actually included for free with the apartment as the apartment is self contained and very well equipped for cooking. But the meals in the restaurant were excellent at dinner and perfect for families, and somewhat basic for breakfast but a good option. They also were great in catering to gluten free diets."

"Great location right in the centre. Close to ski bus stop and easy walk to restaurants and bars. Staff were super helpful. Room was big with beautiful view of the mountain. Spotlessly clean."

"The only downside was the room didn't have any facilities such as glasses or mugs, we had to use the toothbrush holders for water! A coffee machine would have been nice. Originally there wasn't a hairdryer but one was provided when I asked."

"The boot warmers were too hot I didn’t use them as they deform the moulded boot liners. Save money turn them down. The quality of the pillows was terrible if I stayed again I would bring my own."

"Every staff member was charming, helpful, efficient & thoughtful. The room was huge with a balcony and a mountain view. Garage parking included. as was a valuable Holiday Card which gave free cable car trips and entry to may attractions. We saved 30 euros on just one visit. Location at the top of the Oetztal was great for the Timmelsjoch and mountains but a bit far from some of the lower attractions."

"These are not dislikes but cautions: It is not clear from the booking.com entry but this hotel is aimed squarely at families. We were among the few with no children.. The all included dinner buffet was a bit cramped which meant that dinner could be a bit of a bun-fight. The included drinks (only with dinner) were house wine or self service beer. The menu was limited but enjoyable. Where there might have been a lounge there was a slide playroom. Think less quiet lounges and more high class holiday camp. It even had afternoon tea and cakes."
