"The best thing about this place is its location. In less than 5 minutes walking distance, there is a metro station. On a few streets nextdoor there is the main Mariahilfe street with loads of shops and a shopping center. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, laundromats, banks, and bakeries nearby as well. The kitchen had the bare minimum of materials to cook. The shower was surprisingly big."

"It was very dirty. It seemed to not have been cleaned for a long time. There was a lot of dust on the shelves and the chairs still had pieces of food in it. There was even a condom under the bed. Discusting. He charges extra for cleaning. We were there for 1 month and we couldn't even get new sheets or towels. He even asked me to pay him 10€ for me to wash and dry my own sheets and towels. Ridiculous. It says there is 24h service, which a lie. He would take days to answer our messages or repply our calls."

"The furnishing was basically an archaic DYI home made double bed against the wall with a couple of odd bits added. I would call it a back packers hostel for couples."

"We had a very nice stay here. The appartment is close to many bus routes and trains, hence you can easily get around the city."

"The rooms where quite outdated, and clearly needed a renovation. When we arrived the toilet and shower was dirty, and there was no hand soap at all. Also the area is quite a walk from the city center, so i would not recommend staying here if you like to be near bars, cafes, restaurants etc."

"We loved this stay, it felt like an authentic stay in Vienna. The rooms was lovely and spacious with kitchen, bathroom and small lounge space, which was great for us. The location was close to the metro and Naschmarkt, making it easy to get around. We definitely recommend this stay if you are coming to Vienna! We will stay here again when returning to Vienna"

"Location of the apartment was very nice for us, the room was compact and the bathroom was good. It was worth its price, overall."

"Check in was not on its time as 15.00, and was not in the way they say. Since there was no key on the box, we waited in the building’s door and cleaning’s guy came he was nice and said sorry multiple times. But the property manager should have let us known this delay in the check-in. Our plans were delayed like an hour."

"Good price and location. I wouldn’t call it ‘good’ design more very unusual ‘design’ (not in a good way). Was advertised as having washing machine but could not find one and questions when unanswered."
