"お値段の割に、お部屋も広く清潔でした。SバーンやUバーン、トラムの駅のいずれからも少し歩きますが、裏を返せばいずれも利用できるということでもあります。また、楽友協会のあたりから乗れる59Aのバスに乗れば、徒歩4分ほどのバス停に着くので、ロケーションも悪くないと思いました。"

"強いて言うならば、部屋の中に冷蔵庫がない点が難点でしょうか。また前述の通り、SバーンやUバーン、トラムの駅のいずれからも10分程度歩きます。"

"Its very convenient location to everywhere u can easily get the bus or trams and room was super nice it was bit small compare to other hotels but if u want something different super nice.staff were super helpful they are really nice.i had very good stay"

"The staff were very nice there, we checked in under 15mins, receptionists knew english so no problem with communication. the room itself was clean and comfortable. our room was located on the 3rd floor i believe it was kind of a maze there😅 but nothing to worry about! if i visit vienna again i would stay here again! thank u for the pleasant stay"

"We stayed at a double room. It was great and beautiful. Everything was ok. The location is very, very good."

"Everything was wonderful. The apartment was stylish, very comfortable and had everything needed and more. There was even cereal, tea and coffee (different kinds). And moreover the hotel is surrounded by supermarkets, vending machines, restaurants. The location is fantastic - buses, trams and metro station. We highly recommend Art Hotel Vienna."

"There was no heating for our apartment since we got there. They said it would be fixed till the next day and for the inconvenience we would get a refund. The next day nothing changed. And so on, and so on. They gave us a little portable heater and we used it because otherwise it would be freezing inside. The central heating was not fixed until we checked out after 5 days. I'm waiting for the refund."
