"選んだ理由は値段がリーズナブルだったため。レビューが辛口なものが多かったので身構えてしまったが、泊まってみてかなり満足している。朝食と部屋の清潔さのレベルが高かった点は日本人的にも嬉しかったし、子供のおもちゃなども貸し出ししていて大変助かった。歩いて5分以内で町の中心にアスセスのあるバスと電車が比較的頻回に来ており、年末年始に赤ちゃん連れで宿泊したが選んで大正解だった。 We stayed during the end of the year with our small baby, and were very satisfied with the stay. The quality of the cleaness and breakfast was excelent. Althouh the hotel is not located at the center of the insbruck city, the access to the city side was also good. Given the reasonable cost for the stay, we can definitely reccommend this hotel."

"宿泊中にwifiが使えなくなってしまった。フロントによると故障だったそうだが、代わりに待合室のデスクトップPCを無料で使わせてくれた。滞在中の部屋のクリーニングの時間は遅めだったので、早くしてもらえるようにフロントに頼んだ。こういった気になるはあったものの、フロントの対応は基本的に良好で快適に滞在できた。"

"The location is excellent: half hour by bus No 504 from the train main station. The area around the hotel is industrial, but we had a beautiful view for the mountains. We were given a visit card for all three of us that enabled us to travel with public transport free. The restaurant is very beautiful with a view through the windows, so you can enjoy the breakfast or dinner. As for the breakfast, it was very good, but: you have to get early as if you come late, then there is not much! The girls at the reception were lovely. The lady at the dinner lounge was great: she not only prepaired coffee but she used to clean the tables, the glasses and put all in the washing machine: i think she is doing the job that needs 2 or 3 people!"

"The beds in the room are not comfortable at all: they and the pillows are too soft and they should be replaced. Some of the towels are worn and to be replaced. I wished there was a coffeemaker and a small fridge."

"It’s an older hotel, the reception staff were fantastic. Its location is an easy 10 minute train ride from the centre of Innsbruck. Breakfast was great!"
