"An absolutely phenomenal experience that went far beyond a normal hotel stay. I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Bim Haus. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen sowohl in Bezug auf Design als auch Komfort vollkommen erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, und das Interieur war mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Küche und alle anderen Einrichtungen waren vollständig ausgestattet, an alles wurde gedacht. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der Balkon und die wunderschöne Aussicht sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre des Hauses. Es war sogar noch schöner und komfortabler als auf den Fotos. Auch die Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber waren auf höchstem Niveau. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte. Wir kommen in Zukunft sehr gerne wieder!"
