"ヘイダル・アリエフ・センターまで徒歩で10分程度にある小規模ホテル。14時からチェックインできるはずが、部屋を使えるようになったのは18時からというトラブルに遭ったが、結果的にはバルコニー付きの広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれたようで、その後は快適に過ごすことができました。部屋は清潔で、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫、ミネラルウォーター、ティーバッグ等が提供されていて、WiFi も問題なく使えました。 このホテルで最も良かった点は、ビュッフェ形式の朝食を作ってくれた、とても愛想の良い女性スタッフ。彼女による手作りメニューはどれも美味しく、朝から満足でした。 ホテル近くにはスーパーマーケットがあり、徒歩で15分程度にはショッピングモールもありました。"

Staff very helpful, Sofia amazing and would go above and beyond, Umud the guy on reception also amazing, the bolt taxi could not accept 50 manat as he didn’t have change so Umud paid for us until we had change. All the hotel staff very polite and the maids. A credit to the hotel."

"The guy at the reception asked to write a review on booking and it should be 10 while they check the room after our stay. This is not acceptable!!! The bathroom smelled bad and was covered in mold. There was no working bedside lamp."

We should stay in another place in the next days, but we changed our reservation to stay at Smith 2 more days Breakfast, staff and the room. Everything is incredible! The service of taxi too!
