"スタッフが親切で、部屋の変更以外は、こちらの相談に積極的に応えてくれたのは、とても感じがよかった。"
"何ヵ月も前にホテルクリスタルのバルコニーがあるガーデンビューの部屋を予約したのに、同系列のホテルオーストリアの眺望のない部屋に変えられていた。確かに予約したホテルは古くて設備もよくなかったが、それを承知で以前に泊まった部屋を再度予約したのに、この変更は納得がいかないと抗議したが、どうにもならなかった。対応してくれたスタッフが気の毒になって、あきらめたが、ホテル自体の不誠実な態度に腹が立った。"

"The hotel location is really fantastic beautiful views all around with green areas. Staff are nice, helpful, their way of talking and receiving us very respectful. "Just outside Zvornik (about 4km) and close to a fairly industrial area but the guesthouse itself is surrounded by fields and hills and is quiet and calm Its a simple family-run business with welcoming smile and the host Vezra really wants to make your stay comfortable. Shared bathroom (we hadn't noticed that on booking) but it was not a problem for us (we were two travelling together with two rooms - and no one else was sharing the bathroom ). We slept well. Son Stefan helped us with translation and we managed to communicate in English OK. Good breakfast (great coffee) for Euro 3 only which was good value. If you want a break from bland business-type hotels come and spend the night here."
