"the location is great, and the view is awesome."
"They have some issues with supply. From time to time, one thing or another is absent from the food, let's say cucumbers or some other. It seems that there is some sort of issue with supply, maybe due to Easter, maybe due to location, or maybe due to something else. Also, they have moderate protocols for cleaning., there can be always something left. Let's say glasses will not be changed or will not be cleaned. So some issues like that. Generally, it was okay, but these issues... It was a bit poisoning overall quite good experience."

"Really a big hotel, so comparing to other places in BiH - it's really a resort and a large resort hotel. There were just like 2-3 people staying at that moment (end of November), but still the staff was there, and they helped us and were very pleasant. I do believe it's even greater during the high season."
