"Location. Good facilities. Staff generally good."
"Firstly, the worst thing was the cafe area on the lobby floor was open to smokers who completely destroyed the environment and made it unpleasant for us as their smoke and smell wet all over the place! In this day and age smokers should not be allowed on the main building or provided a space with ventilation and away from families and other guests. The furniture and decor looks dated and weathering away, so some TLC and redecoration would be welcome. One member of staff ignored me when I asked him to come over as I needed to ask something!"
