"受付の方達とても親切だった。"
"すでに受付の方に伝えたましたが、 今回の予約も事前の支払い無しで即支払いより高い金額を払う事を承知して当日支払いで予約したのに「クレジットカードの事前承認（仮請求）を行いました。」とのメールが届き宿泊の2週間以上も前からクレジットカードに保留中の請求として宿泊費分がブロックされた。 実際の支払いは当日ではあるが、例えば10日間の出張で同じ事が行われるとかなりの額がクレジットカードに保留され使用限度額の変更もしないといけない可能性もでる。特に出張や旅行者は飛行機や列車また外食等もある中でこのように事前に全額分を保留請求され(時には当日の支払いと保留分のダブルの金額が数週間カード請求額に記載される事もある。) これではいくら使用限度額を上げないといけないのか？ ホテル側がカードが使えるのかどうかの確認は1ユーロでも出来るはず、又は最初から半額又は一定金額の事前支払いの選択肢を作ってはどうか？ 予約時に事前に支払い分を保留する事はどこかに記載されているのでしょうか？ Genius会員でも全く信用されないのかととても残念です。"
