"早朝の便でブリュッセルに着きました。チェックイン時間が14時〜という記載があったので先に荷物だけ預かってほしいと依頼するとチェックイン時間前でも今お部屋にご案内できると親切に対応して頂き、早朝だったので周りのお店やカフェもまだ開店していない状況でした。大変助かりました。スタッフさんも親切で明るくとても過ごしやすく快適でまた利用したいです。"

"📍 Great location if you’re attending an event at ING Arena — also well connected to the city by bus, tram, or metro. 👨‍💼 Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — really made a difference! 🚗 Private parking is a definite plus. 🛏️ The room was functional and everything worked fine, even if the furniture felt a bit dated."
