"部屋の熱湯設備とレストランが同じらしく　ボイラーが切られ２回ほどお湯が出なくなりましたが　言えばすぐに対応してくれます。"

"Leuven駅前なので、立地はとても良い。かなり古いホテルなので、部屋は狭く、設備も古いが、出張での宿泊に必要な機能はすべてそろっており、しかも、すべてきちんと機能するので、滞在は快適だった。朝食も美味しい。"

"ベルギーではよくあることだが、エアコンがなく、扇風機だけなので、真夏は場合によっては厳しいかもしれない。今回の滞在は、2025/9/28-30だったが、チェックインした日は、部屋にカーテンがかかっていたにもかかわらず、かなり暑かった (扇風機を回しました)。ただし、夜になると気温が下がるので、窓を開けると部屋は一気に涼しくなり、とても快適に過ごすことができた。あと、エレベーターがないので、その点も注意が必要。"

"駅前でバスターミナルまで徒歩10秒程度。ルーベン大学へ行くには、最高の立地でした。空港からの電車を降りてすぐです。"

"21時過ぎの到着になり、フロントは無人となっていたので、入口に掲示された連絡先へ電話をかけて、その後、鍵を受け取るのに手間と時間がかかりました。欧州の宿では一般的ですが、室内の照明は暗めです。"

"I liked that the hotel is in a very ideal location. Also, the fact that the hotel kitchen is open until 11 pm is also valuable to me. Additionally, I liked that there was an alternative entrance door for late arrivals. Also, I was pleased that the room was cleaned daily."

"I didn't like the smell of food inside the hotel. Also, the noise from outside bothered me."

"I use this hotel regularly. It is a building with a specific atmosphere. Optimum location in the front of the trainstation and easy way to the cathedral and city centre. Excellent breakfast in lovely brakfast room. Smooth procedure in the reception."

"Very helpful staff. He helped me with the luggage because there is no elevator. Also he changed the room from floor 2 to floor 1. I had a 1 bed room. It id close to the center and to the rail station."
