"スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかった。ヨーロッパでもめずらしいほどのテキパキ感。wifiも非常に速い。滞在中、風邪をひいてしまったが、ベッドが広くて回復が早くなったと思う。"
"出張だったので作業用デスクが小さいのが不便だった。それにあわせた椅子の高さもあるとよい。朝食のメニューはどれもおいしかったが、野菜類があるともっとよいと思う。"
"ホテルのスタッフが皆たいへん親切でした。ホテルは、資源の再利用を追求したもので、ゴミ箱は紙製、清掃も3日に1回などSDGsの概念がたくさんであった。朝食も充実していた。ホテルは、ブリュッセル中心部にほど近く、Rogerからすぐにあり、Grand Placeといった有名所にも徒歩10−15分で行けるのでとても便利な場所にある。"
"良くなかったというほどのことではないが、清掃が3日に1回入ることをチェックインの時に知らせて欲しかった。また、夜11時？以降は外壁にルームキーをかざさないとホテルに入れないこともチェックイン時に知らせて欲しかった。バスルームに備え付けてあるボディソープやシャンプーの出が悪かったので、時々チェックしてもらいたい。"

"Our room was well presented. We liked the sustainability touches. Staff were friendly and the food was very good in the bar area. Water available all the time at the entrance of the hotel which is a great idea."
"We stayed for 3 nights. There were three hangers for hanging clothes and no shelves/chest of drawers. Also the place could do with some coat hooks. Bathroom is tiny but useable even though our room was an executive one."
