"3週間以上の長期で滞在しました。仕事と観光、どちらの目的もあったのですが、どちらも満足しています。3階と地下に客室があり、途中部屋の移動がありましたが、特に3階の部屋は日当たりがよく、気持ちがいいです。1月の滞在でしたがどちらの部屋にいても寒い思いをすることは一度もなく、親切なオーナーさんは都度、快適に過ごせているかを確認してくれました。 シャワーは温かく快適、洗濯も洗剤や干す場所が用意されており、キッチンでの調理も問題なくできます。Wi-Fiも順調です。 宿は街からほど近い、小高い丘の上にあります。その分景色が最高で、毎日絶景の中で暮らしているようでした。 近所には手頃な食料品店も多く、宿の方もPrizrenの街の人たちもみんなとても親切で、治安もかなり良く、街並みもとても美しかったです。またコソボに来た時は、ぜひまたこの宿に滞在したいです。"

"The way they treated me is out of my expectations. They understood my situation of flights cancellation, modification and of course my financial changes. I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."
Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."
The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"We had a lovely, relaxing time at L'Hirondelle. The accommodation is beautiful, overlooking the lake. Watching the house martins dip and dive was wonderful. And a delicious breakfast was icing on the cake. Many thanks, David and Rosemary"

"Easy communication with the owner. The room is relatively small in comparison to the other accommodations, but not a big deal, it's a traditional house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend for 1-2 nights."
The acces road is quite steep and parking might be challenging. Quite a lot of mosquitos during the night.

Thin walls. There were noises from other people in the corridor/bathrooms/doors. The room could use a little decoration for cozier feeling.

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kleines praktisches Zimmer mit kleinem Badezimmer(chen) zu einem angemessenen Preis. Bei Buchung wurde auf das kleine Badezimmer hingewiesen. Sehr bequemes Bett mit offenen Bettende und guter Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück mit verschiedener Wurst, Käse und Marmeladen und Gebäck. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."
Das kleine Badezimmer(chen) ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, weil es wurde bei der Buchung schon drauf hingewiesen.

"Clean, spacious, quiet and best value for the money I've been able to find around these parts. The stores are close, parking is easy and available. Nothing to complain about!"
It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!
