"午前中に到着して荷物を預かってもらおうと訪ねたら、部屋の準備ができているとのことでチェックインさせてくれた。繁華街からは離れていたけど、地下鉄の駅からは近く静かでした。どのスタッフも愛嬌はないけど親切。部屋もテラスも広く日当たりが良かった。"
"ベッドが付けすぎた香水のような強い匂いがして寝るのが辛かった。天気が良く暖房を消しても部屋が暑かったが、窓はテラスの出入り口しかなく、テラスは隣の部屋と繋がっていたので開放できなかった。清掃はしっかりされてたようだが、至る所のダメージが多くそれが汚らしく見えた。コンセントを差すところも壊れたまま放置されてた。朝食のカフェマシンがひとつしかないのでいつも行列ができていた。 リーズナブルな5つ星なのでこんなものかなと思った。"

Tea and coffee provided in the room. Close to metro and tram stops and a short walk to city centre (10m)"
"For a 5 star hotel there were some aspects that I would have expected higher quality. The shower gel provided is completely watered down to be barely useable, the breakfast was average and hot food has ran out 20-30 minutes before the end of the breakfast opening times.The jacuzzi bath in the room didn't work.Overall it was still a good stay."

"Easy access from airport by metro and one metro stop back to the city centre compensated for the rather built up surroundings of the hotel. Colourful interior design with numerous paintings and sculptures was very cheerful. Excellent spa options with lovely pool. Professional and friendly staff, instant upgrade of room when electrical fault found. Good breakfast and very handy lobby bar for drinks etc during the day. i would return for the massages alone!"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
