"場所は市内の中心部にあり移動が便利で、市内の主要観光施設へも徒歩圏内の立地であった。ホテルのある場所は歴史地区というより下町の感覚が残るエリアであったが、歴史地区へも徒歩で移動できる環境であった。朝食ボックスのリスエストにレセプションのスタッフは親切に対応したいただいた。また、部屋は清潔で綺麗であった。"

"レセプションの前のロビースペースは手狭でざわざわしており、もう少しゆったりしたスペースが確保できると良い。一方、増設されたと思われる建物の1階にもソファがあるスペースがあるが、奥にあり誰も利用していなかった。もう少し、ロビーフロアの利用方法を工夫すると解決しそうに思えた。"

"ホテルの部屋が清潔感があり、広々としていました。wifiも接続が良く、値段の割にとても良いホテルでした。また、泊まりたいと思います。"

"中央駅や中央バス停からは少し距離があるので、移動が大変です。トラムや地下鉄を乗れば苦なく移動もできそうですが、自分は歩いたので苦労しました。また、観光地が集中している中心部にも歩くと少し時間がかかります。これも気にすることでもないかもしれませんが、、"

"Kranevo turned out to be a good choice for traveling with a child. Basic infrastructure is there. Good beach. Nearby are paths for walking in the mountains along the sea. 1. The hotel is between 2 and 3 stars. Overall, it's okay :) It is clean, the linen is changed. The water in the shower is leaking 2. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is large, clean, and has easy access to the water. 3. Good staff. They speak English, Bulgarian, Russian, and Romanian. 4. Breakfast is not fancy, but there's a wide selection. 5. The pool is large and clean. 6. Our room was quiet (the windows overlooked a grassy area)."
