"The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and warm. I especially appreciated having a terrace, which was a priority for me. The animation team did a great job despite the small play area. The themed evening discos and dances for kids were excellent. The full-day kindergarten is a brilliant idea—they teach children how to ski on the hotel’s own private slope, allowing parents to ski all day while the kids are entertained. We were also very happy with the food; it was plentiful, varied, and delicious."
"Unfortunately, the staff were very slow and unhelpful. We lost our child's glasses, and no one made an effort to help us find them. They wouldn't even let us back into the room to double-check, which was very frustrating"

"The location is perfect for skiing, there are a lot of activities suitable for children and even for the little ones. The food was good. The staff is very helpful and the place is really clean."

"We stayed in October. Summer is away but sun comes through of the front forest and view is stunning. Apartment comes with small terrace where you can sit for morning coffee or read a book all day long. Its so quiet, as out of season and no tourists around. At same time you have all needed for your stay. Comfortable bedroom, cozy leaving area with kitchen very well equipped with cooking area, microwave, cafe machine, all kind of dishes. We had also fireplace. Outdoors very well origanized also, my family played tennis, but it’s also Small football ground. Wooden playground is available for the kids. Spa center had all different massages, small hot swimming pool is also there. Simply great stay and so when we visit again in winter."
