"スタッフの方の対応がとても親切丁寧でよかった。ベランダのある部屋のつくりや清潔感も素晴らしかった。部屋に入ると、ベッドの上にタオルセットでスワンが作られて置かれていて、歓待の気持ちが伝わって来てとてもハッピーな気持ちになった。"

"南バスセンターから徒歩15分。ブルガリアの母の広場から旧市街に向かう大通りの左側に面しています。入り口は狭いので見逃さない様に。レセプションは２階にあり、客室は3,4階です。リフトはないので重たいスーツケースはちょっと大変です。夫婦でジュニアスイートに4泊しました。部屋は十分広く清潔です。風邪気味だったので親切に薬局の場所と薬の名前を教えてくれ、洗濯までしてくれました。大きなスーパーまで5分、歩いて5分以内大通り沿いに美味しいレストランが3軒あります。"

"The hotel is a hidden gem at the main shopping street of Veliko Tarnovo- 2 minutes from the Central Post Office and the Old Town. It is clean and comfortable with a lovely garden at the back yard. Free parking is available for the weekends (Saturday- Sunday). It will be always our first choice should we visit the town again."

The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. The owner was exceptionally warm and supportive, going above and beyond to accommodate different needs and requests. Her personal care made the experience feel more like a home than a hotel. I am truly grateful to her and to the entire team for their thoughtful service and seamless support. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable and memorable stay, thanks to the excellent location, the inviting atmosphere, and the outstanding hospitality."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
