"Location, uncomfortable mattress, first room given stunk of smoke, second room had drainage issue with toilet. Free mini bar promotion was just a bottle of water and standard Coke which was out of date, water replenished once in a three night stay. Have to pay to use spa facilities never saw anyone there."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations from all perspectives: - very nice, new and clean rooms, well organized, nice and perfectly clean bathroom. - excellent location, close to metro station, close for nice walks to the center of the town, market right to the hotel - the stuff was very polite, being there for you 24x7 for every need - excellent breakfast with nice morning atmosphere"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
