Located right on Sofia's main boulevard and next to the National Palace of Culture, VIP Apartments offer air-conditioned and elegant apartments with free フリーWi-Fi and cable TV. All the apartments are fully furnished with separate living, dining, kitchen and bedroom areas as well as an elegant bathroom. "The location is superb. Yes, we've seen the bad reviews, but we chose to come here for the location. Staff was amazing, from the people at the front desk to the gentleman helping us with the luggage and restaurant staff, everyone was amazing! The restaurant manager was very helpful and staff always kept the tables cleared. The room was kept clean, fresh towels and bedding every other day. The pool was also clean and staff maintained it every day. The animation team was also very sweet and made sure everyone had a great time at the pool. As an overall impression, the best things this hotel has are it's staff and location. Upper management should really invest in the building because it's a real shame for its potential. Food was of a less variety than what we've seen at other hotels here, but it was good, fresh and tasty. The snack bar was exceptionally good, with sandwiches, pastries, ice-cream and doughnuts. Drinks were also very good. We loved the coffee here."

"A true Boutique and Family hotel run by a very professional and splendid family. The best located hotel in Old Nessebar - the best place to stay in Old Nessebar. Very nice restaurant with a terace with sea view. It is the 15-th year we are comming here each summer - during this time the hotel changed several time the personal. This year they made a decisive forward step with the new management to whom I wish good luck and great success for the wellbeing of their guests."
