"Alfa is a very friendly host who will help you with all he can without any opportunistic motives. His place is clean and welcoming. Large and tasty breakfast included. The dinner they cooked for us was absolutely delicious, we loved the Peulh cheese! And all this at a very good price - great value for money. Very funny for us Belgians to be welcomed in Dutch :-)"
"The surroundings of the house are not really beautiful, but we stayed here as an overnight stop between Cotonou and the Tanéka villages."
"The room is large and comfortable, it has all the amenities you'd need. The location is on the main road so it's easy to get transportation. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. The Host is extremely friendly, speaks multiple languages fluently and has connections to help with your sightseeing. Can't recommend this place more!"

"The host is truly wonderful, already in the procedure before arrival, as I had to come in very late alas - and Chez Alfa is a small, cozy place, not a huge thing with 24/7 reception, meaning the owners and staff actually sleep at night :) Also during my - alas too short - stay everything was very fine. I loved the choice between using a well laid out mosquito net, and a ceiling ventilator. I chose the latter as it's not as warm as a mosquito net and overall nicer."

"Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber ist gut erreichbar via Telefon und Internet und sehr kommunikativ. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sehr sauber. Es gibt ein Bad mit Seife und kleinen Handtüchern. Die Betten haben Moskitonetze und sind bequem. Eine große Flasche Mineralwasser stand inklusive zur Verfügung und es gibt auf Nachfrage auch weiteres, wenn der Aufenthalt länger ist. Gegen einen Aufpreis gibt es ein Frühstück und auch ein Abendessen auf Wunsch. Wir hatten Kaffee, Tee, Brot(ab 7 Uhr frisch vom Bäcker, warm) und Omlette. So kann man gut in den Tag starten. Die Preise sind erschwinglich. Danke Chez Alfa und Familie für den guten Service. Liebe Grüße Familie Zourkaneni"
