"I stayed at StarLodge on New Year’s Eve 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. I was able to check in early and was even offered a complimentary room upgrade to a ground-floor pool-access room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was comfortable, bright, and spacious. The hotel offers free shuttle transport to the airport and to locations within a five-minute radius in Jerudong, including Jerudong Beach, which was very convenient. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool, as well as an on-site restaurant that provides room service. The lobby area is spacious with plenty of seating. A particularly thoughtful touch was being given a Happy New Year cookie on New Year’s Day — a small gesture that made the stay feel extra special. I would definitely return if I have the opportunity to visit Brunei again."

"This hotel is little oldish but the everything is perfect. They provided a free shuttle bus between Airport, City and the hotel. The food is reasonable price and so delicious. Every member is kind and helpful."

"The peephole was just a hole in my hotel door. I had to plug it with a piece of paper for the sake of my privacy."

"Some outlet doesn't work. It would be nice to have outlet near the bed area. One time have came across a room that smell insect repellent."
"Near to Jerudong Park where eating places are abundant. Also near to highway."
"Some of the wall sockets didn't work. We booked 2 rooms (connecting). 1 of the rooms had aircon problem, but they managed to fix it after about 2 hours."
