"トランクを3階の部屋まで上げてくれたり、早朝にもかかわらず、部屋から荷物を下ろすのを手伝ってくれたり、Booking.comで手配したタクシーが来ないときにも心配してくれて別の車を手配してくれるなど、スタッフが親切だった。"
