"Really homely place with good facilities, it’s absolutely huge inside and has everything you’d need. I really enjoyed my stay here."

"2 small things - as others have said you need to sleep in the back bedroom as the front one is so loud. The floor wasn’t the cleanest and mustn’t have been thoroughly mopped but overall it’s a lovely place"

"We loved the modern apartment, everything was clean and the host was very nice and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Looks exactly like the photos. The decoration was thoughtful and we even got small packets of shampoo. Would book it everytime again."

"Super appartement, refais à neuf, très propre. Proche du centre avec 2 SDB et 3 chambres ! Eau chaude (un peu difficile à régler) Possibilité de laisser vos bagages dans un endroit fermés après votre départ."

"La chambre la plus grande a un endroit sans volet/rideaux ce qui la rend vraiment trop lumineuse et bruyante. On a dû aller dormir dans la chambre plus « petite » mais c’était suffisant."

"Comfortable bed, clean shower and all room. Simple breakfast. Less expensive than other places in the town because it is on the outskirts of the city, but it's just a 10min walk tot he center. Safe parking in a garage size of one car or a few motorcycles. But it is safe enough to leave vehicles outside also."

"Everything was excellent. Communication with the hosts was friendly and efficient, and check-in was smooth. We paid the correct rate in bolivianos for the booking, no unexpected costs. Located in a safe residential neighbourhood with a mini market just downstairs, plus a huge supermarket (IC Norte) about 12 min walk. The studio was super nice, modern and clean, and had everything we could need (surprisingly even an English edition of Lonely Planet Bolivia). Comfortable bed, a bedside light and charging point, dark curtains, strong WiFi and air conditioning, cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen and perfect hot shower. We appreciated that the kitchenette came with some basics like cooking oil, salt, soy sauce, and tea. The rooftop pool was very enjoyable for the steamy Santa Cruz weather. We would definitely recommend :)"
