"Most staff do not speak any English and we spoke very little Spanish so communication could be difficult. The staff were excellent though and we laughed a lot. On our arrival night in Bolivia we were asked to pay in cash in USD rather than by credit or debit card which caused a lot of issues for the rest of the trip. I don’t mind paying cash as long as I know in advance. Overall it was a great hotel, just a few niggles that need ironing out"
