"The itowers self catering apartments are private and very much separate from the itowers hotel, hence they don't share much at all. They don't share the shuttle bus, the hotel luggage cart, reception desk, nothing, so don't confuse the two. There is no luggage cart available to itowers apartments customers, although there was one in the foyer, available and not being used, the only luggage cart available belongs to the hotel and they do not share it under no circumstances. There is no shuttle service to the apartments. Only cash is accepted, which is not ideal, because I don't carry that kind of money around. I had to ask for a receipt after payment."

"Great location with a fantastic view, especially from the rooftop bar/restaurant. The apartment was stylish, very clean, and had everything we needed, including secure parking. The bed was huge and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."
