"This place is quiet clean and comfortable. The property has been recently renovated. If you are accustomed to an air b&b style, you will be ok with this property. There is no staff on site. They don't respond to text, or messages through booking. Phone calls only. Please read recent reviews. There is NO breakfast or food of any type on the property."

"The view from the balcony, proximity to the Jardin de cape à l'aigle. There's also a park for kids with modules across the street. Very quiet when you are alone in the house. Water pressure, The air conditioner and heater worked very well, and it has a well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels."

"The plumbing was quite noisy. The Wi-Fi connection was not good. The smart TV could not find it, and on my cell the connection kept dropping all the time."

"A few basic utensils like plates, spoons, cups etc. was needed in our room. So I bought them from a neighbor store. compared to the price, the facilities was not good. We did not had balcony and kitchen (yes, it had been mentioned in the rental page but I did not noted)."
