Ramada by Wyndham Nanaimo

"Breakfast- To a starting entrepreneur like myself the convince of the first meal is eveything!"

"Staff was not the finest hospitality has to offer, in a city like Nanaimo where there are people always looking for work we can do better."

"Very friendly breakfast lady. A nice greeting. Clean and super well organized. Good food selection. Really great tasting coffee and we were so thankful for the orange juice! No powdered juice—-little things make a difference. Friendly and efficient office staff. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We were satisfied and will return on our next trip."

"All satisfactory! We were happy and comfortable."

"Comfortable beds, large rooms"

"Aucun."

"Breakfast was nice and neatly arranged. However, it could benefit from a wider variety of options, such as more vegetables and cheeses. As a vegetarian, I found the choices somewhat limited."

"The view was not very pleasant, as it overlooked the back of a building and the car park. The room was very cold when we arrived, and the granite bathroom floor remained extremely cold to stand on even hours after the heating was turned on. It would have been more comfortable if the room had been pre-heated before being given to guests."

"The Breakfast"

"The carpet"

"Very friendly staff and clean"

"Everything was fine"

"The breakfast was great. Carole made our breakfast more enjoyable! All staff were friendly and inviting. Rooms were clean. Check in was quick. After 10pm front desk had to buzz in guests to access lobby. I liked this for safety reasons. We traveled for a volleyball tournament and will likely rebook here!"

"The rooms are a bit outdated."

"The highlight of our stay was breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable."

"We were disappointed that the 3rd floor ice machine was not working. There was also a shortage of drinking glasses in the room"

"Friendly staff, quick check in, decent selection at breakfast"

"Room wasn't very clean"

"I thought the breakfast was great and served in a very cozy, clean room."

"I was a bit taken aback by the damage deposit charged to my credit card. I have never experienced this procedure at a hotel before."
